At www.campusemporium.com, the return policy allows customers to return their order for a refund up to 60 days after the initial purchase. Returns must be in their original, sellable condition in their original packaging with tags still attached. Clothing that has been washed, worn, or damaged through misuse will not be accepted. Once the return has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to the payment method associated with the order. Credits may take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your account. Shipping charges are usually nonrefundable unless the return is due to an error on their part or a manufacturing defect. Custom items are created specifically for each order and are not returnable.

For the shipping policy, orders received before 3:00pm EST Monday-Friday are usually processed the same day. Orders received after this time or during a high-volume period will be processed the next business day. Campus Emporium ships via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and the United Parcel Service (UPS). A tracking number is provided for any completed order. They can ship orders to Hawaii and Alaska, and to APO or FPS boxes. However, shipping to APO or FPS boxes does not qualify for promotional shipping rates. If a package is unable to be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer may be charged a $20 redirect fee. If the item(s) you have selected are out of stock or if more information is needed to process your order, you will receive an email and a phone call.
